Claim Wizard support for old myplace portal

I want the Claim Wizard to be compatible with the old myplace participant portal (the one with square tiles). This is important because some participants are still on the old portal even after a plan rollover and will be using it for some time.

    Claim Wizard enhancement for My Place compatibility is in the final stages of testing and should be live within a few days.
